Cardio Tennis Program is a new Program that Tennis Australia and Tennis Victoria have launched over Summer and we are pleased to announce that we are one of the providers for this program.

All adults in the class wear a heart monitor and according to age we calculate each individuals 80% maximum heart rate. We then ensure all participants work out at 80% maximum heart rate through out the lesson - you can lose between 300 to 1000 calories in 1 hour class.

You don't have to be a great tennis player you just need to want to lose weight, have fun and exercise.

The class is run with music and low compression tennis balls and we incorporate agility ladders throughout the class.
